For larger houses, we can add walls internally to make up additional rooms. This can be done to create a house of multiple occupation. We seek out potential sites for the development of serviced accommodation such as Airbnb and hotels.

We liaise with estate agents and property management companies to ensure referencing is completed and meet with the tenants personally. Once complete, either the estate agents can manage these houses, or alternatively we can take ownership of any problems and rent collection.

For boarded up houses or properties in disrepair, we can look into buying these off the market. We then help to renovate the properties, and once up and running, can also seek tenants or assist with the sale. Through Deferred Consideration Agreements, we can help buy a property now and detail money for further investment throughout your journey with the property.

We offer assistance to get your property on the market, either listing with estate agents or advertising on social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.
